a. Use of the website
When visiting the websites accessible under the domain ramhofer.de, we collect the following data to ensure the functionality of the website:
- IP address of the device used when calling up, e.g. notebook, tablet, smartphone,
- Visited website,
- Date and time of access,
- Amount of data transmitted,
- Website from which you accessed the page (referrer),
- Description of the type of browser used.
The processing of this browser data is technically necessary and takes place in order to provide you with the website. The legal basis for the aforementioned processing is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b GDPR (processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with the data subject).
We generally retain the described data for a period of 7 days, after which it is deleted. The data is stored to defend against cyberattacks and to make it available in the event of possible criminal prosecution. In the event of a cyber attack, we retain the data for the purpose of preserving evidence until the respective incident has been concluded.
